The Training Team

The PEPA TEAM is comprised of the most gifted athlete trainers any where in the world. Our trainers have been on both sides of the athletic scene. Every trainer at PEPA is an accomplished athlete in his or her own sport. From All-American to Olympic Gold, the staff at PEPA SPORTS has done it all.

Says Coach Thomas Weatherspoon, “Having a talented coach who has also been in your shoes, enables the coach to teach from a whole different perspective. I never ask an athlete to do something that I haven’t personally done.”

In addition, each year our veterans come back and act as advisors to the prospective NFL draftees. Once these two entities are brought together the environment created becomes a challenge in itself, teaching the new athletes to become comfortable in an actual NFL camp.

PEPA teaches from the inside out, making the learning permanent. The only way to teach from this perspective is to have experiences in common with the athlete.

The Athletes

The PEPA Draft Enhancement program is not for everyone. Our athletes are motivated individuals looking for the keys to unlock their hidden potential. They come to us with their dreams and their desires to be the best. Daily we show them glimpses of what could be, by giving them new ways to unleash their hidden talents.

Our training methods give the athletes a chance to measure their progress daily. Whether it’s a greater range of motion during warm ups, a extra rep during lifting or a tenth of a second off an agility drill, we keep the focus on digging deeper to uncover the real treasure. Helping an athlete develop their optimum power while connecting them to their ultimate strength, is the real goal at PEPA SPORTS. Athletes don’t leave here with just new skills, or greater athletic abilities. At PEPA athletes leave with a greater belief in their ability to handle the challenges of life as well as pro sports.

PEPA was never created to be a mass movement. It was designed to help the athlete be unafraid to lead with his dream. In the world of sports, the time to dream is very short compared to other endeavors you could pursue. So at PEPA we encourage the athletes to express their dreams, to shout their desires and to sprint after their goals. The truth is, there are only so many ways to do a drill. Every trainer out there worth their salt , knows the fundamentals of preparing an athlete physically. The difference is the ability to motivate you to go within and master what you see.

The Results

To keep our results tops in the nation we keep our training program numbers low, to insure each athlete gets the individual attention needed to succeed at such a high level. PEPA SPORTS records success in three ways.
